Empowering Lives Through Advocacy

Heather Perron is an author, Certified Wellness Coach, podcast host, invisible disability advocate, breast cancer survivor and congenital heart disease warrior who has spent a lifetime proving that a diagnosis doesn’t define a person. Born with a complex heart defect and living with multiple invisible disabilities, she knows firsthand what it means to fight battles no one else can see.

Through her podcast, Living Beyond the Invisible: A Walk With Heather, her writing and her advocacy, Heather creates a space where people with chronic illness, chronic pain, neurodivergence and other invisible disabilities feel seen, understood and encouraged. Her message is rooted in honesty, hope, and faith, reminding others that even on the hardest days, there is purpose beyond the pain.

When she’s not recording podcasts or writing, Heather enjoys exploring the paranormal, creating stories inspired by Appalachian folklore, baking for others, spending time with her family and beloved dogs and helping people discover that strength isn’t measured by what others can see—it’s found in choosing to keep moving forward, one step at a time.
